Going To Australia

Before Christmas me and my Mum are going to Australia and it will be my last year at Point England School and I won’t be taking my netbook overseas with me. 

Because my Mum said I’m not aloud because I’m getting a tablet for Christmas if I'm not getting it this Christmas then I’m getting a tablet for my birthday. But when I go I am going to miss this school because I really liked this school because of the Education and how our Principle is one of the best Principle in New Zealand.


The reason why me and my Mum are going to Australia is because my sister wants us to live with her and my Mum agreed with her. But my little sister dosen’t want to go overseas so she is going to stay with her Dad but she might not be coming to school on the last day of school because I think her Dad is coming to pick her up in the morning and she will be going to Coromandel. Once they get there her Dad is going to get her into her old school because I used to live in Coromandel.

The day that we are going is maybe on the 20th of December because my Mum wants to go before Christmas so that might be the day that we will be going. Once we get there we will be at our aunty's house because my sister will be working or she has to go to the doctors. But it will be cool to be with my cousin because I haven’t seen them since I was 6. So that is what I will be doing for Christmas.

My 2013 Netbook Reflection.

The great thing about learning with a netbook is when we are doing our writing and we make a mistake then it would underline the ,word that is wrong meaning that you can just do a left click and then it will show the right word. But the good, thing about use a netbook is that we don’t have to use a pencil as much as we use to, like if we were to do our writing then we can just type on our key board and not use a pencil and paper as much.


Thing 3 things that frustrates me the most is when we have to do our writing and then it say trying to reach google docs. The number one thing the frustrates me is when we have to use tux paint and we ever you draw it will draw somewhere else. Another thing that frustrates me is when you have to use Gedit becuase your google docs is playing up.


The 2 things that would make it better our netbooks better is that when you write and it shows you trying to reach google docs if that didn’t show then you wouldn’t have to wait so long.
The other thing that would make the netbook better is if would could have free time like once in a while.


The thing that has change from when we didn’t have to use a pencil as much and we don’t have as many book as we would usally need. The thing that we could do better with our netbook is we could try not to break our netbook by holding it with two hands.

My Fun Week Of Swimming.

Last week I couldn’t go to camp. So I had to stay with the rest of the annoying 6’s who didn’t go. But my class is a year6 and year5  class so I think you know what would have to happen. But it was cool becasue we went  swimming everyday, but only if we brought our togs



That just the great thin about it. The boring thing about it, was that if we didn’t bring our togs then all we had to do was just sit there and watch them or read a book.  I didn’t want to sit down on the seat so I brought my togs everyday so I don’t have to sit down and watch everyone have fun but me. BUT...

Once we got into the pool that would have to be the coldest temperture I could have ever known...that was justMr Somerville would throw the ball and the first person to get the ball, then they would get a point. As we were playing we were starting to get warmed up and we could hear all the year 5’s coming back. So once they all came back we just played games and  haved free time.

On our last day of swimming was the longest amount of time we ever got guess how long it was. Assembly right through to morning tea is your answer.

All About The Crash.

One day Saninta, J.J, Tyres and Shaniqwa were all playing on the playground then they wanted to play tag so they did. As they were playing Saninta was starting to get teid so she went to go sit down for a bit. As she was watching them she found that they were having alot of fun and she wanted to join in then she got on her feet and went to go play with them.


As they were playing they all thought if they went back home then they would have to stay home but they were all getting thristy but ifthey didn’t go home then they could play more but they will be so thristy. So they stopped and thought what should they do? Once they finshed thinking about what they should do they thought they should so they chosed to go home and get a drink and ask if they could go back to the park and if  there Mum says no then they would go and play on the tramp.


As they were walking home they found a dog just sitting there so they gave it some pats on the head and then they were off home. Once they got home they found there Mum hanging out the washing that she had done then they all said “hi Mum can we please get a drink and then go back to park pretty please Mum with a cherry on top”. Then her mum said “No because it is nearly 5:00 o clock and I am going to start dinner very soon so you all can stay home but you all can go back tomorrow ok” then they said “Ok Mum”


After they had there drink they were think of what they should do next and outside they had a tramp and some tnnis balls 2 basket ball and 1 netball and 3 scocerballs and 4 tennis rackits. What will they plasy with? Once they chose what they will play with then they told each other what they will be playing with and they chose the tramp because they all will be able to jump around and do flips and all that kind of stuff.



As they were jumping J.J went to do a flip and then he full off the tramp but he was all right. Then Tyres had a go and he didn’t full off then it was Sainata’s turn but she didn’t won’t a turn so she skipped a turn. Now it was Shaniwqa turn so she was jumping around the she full off and she started crying what should they do?.


They could call there Mum or one of them could ran as fast as they can and call 111. What are they going to do? Then they could  hear there Mum calling “ whats going on out there I’m coming out right now.


So she came out the said “ what happened to Shaniqwa” then they said “she fell off the tramp and fell onto her arm”. So there Mum called 111 and asked for the Ambilance so they quickly came to pick her up and they said “in a few weeks she will be all better”. Then in a few weeks she was all better.

Charlee's Dune Buggy Story.

Once there were to people called Jason and Stacey and they were on their way to the desert. Why are they going there?. Once they got there they found 5 Dunen Buggys just setting there so they asked the man if they are aloud to go for a ride on them and the man said “ yes”.



As they were getting inside of the dune buggy they found alot of sand on the inside of the dune buggy. So they thought for a monent if they just jump in then dune buggy then they would get a head start on the buggy but they will get sand on the inside of there clothes but if we put something eles on then they won’t get any thing on the inside of there clothes and they won’t get as much time on the dune buggy. Jason said “ we should put some other clothes on so that the sand dosen’t get inisde our clothes” and she agreed with him.

As they were at the dersert they were starting to get alot hotter faster and they brought some bottles of water so they can put it on them. Once they were to hot then they grabed a bottle and catched the water on them then they were cooled down. Eventally they got change into there other clothes and they were exited to start because they never been in a dune buggy before.


While they were jumping inside of the dune buggy the found that there was no door on the buggy so they had to climb in to the dune buggy which they found diffenent goe they jumped in but they found it fun at the same time. Once they got into the dune buggy they were so exited that they had to wet them self again then Jason said “ Wow it is so hot today Stacey”.


Once they started the dune buggy they were off and then they got stuck in the sand and they throught what are  they going to do ? Then Stacey said “ there is a shovel on the back set that is what that man said do you rember”?


So Jason grabed the shovel and started digging  and it was going to take them forever each time he dug he would get more teid and more teid. Eventally he was to teid to even dig so he needed a rest so he took a rest. Stacey said “ do you want me to go dig for a bit while you have a rest”. Then Jason said “yes please” so Stacey started digging and they finally got to the bit that they can go dune buggying again.


They were so happy that they were to tied to climb through the door but they were able to get through. Then they were off and teid at the same time. “ Once we get home I’m going for a big sleep ok” Stacey said with a tied voice then Jason said the same then said “tomorrow it is going to be  a fun day”

My Writing Of The Rober

One cloudy day my cousin went to the shop to get some lollies.  Once she got to the Pt England shops there were a few  people there, and they were still inside their cars. Then she walked in and there was the shopkeeper looking around to see what everyone was doing.She saw us walk in and said “hello how are you today”, so my cousin said “good” back to her.

After she said  good this man with a black pair of jeans, black jumper, black hoodie and a beanie walked in the door. Then she looked at the shopkeeper looking like something bad was going to happenbut my cousin made, it look like she had no idea what was going on. Eventually he went to the counter and said “give me all your money”. Once she heard that then she knew that she had to do something. She should ring the police but she forgot that her phone was at home. What  was she going to do?


So she dashed out the door and ran to the next shop and asked them for a phone she could use. Then they asked why and she said, “because someone is robbing the dairy so can I use the phone like now PLEASE!!!!”. Eventually they let her use the phone and one moment she forgot the number but she finally remembered the number, so her finger quickly pushed 111 and someone picked up the phone and said Ambulance, Fire station or Police. She said “POLICE NOW”. So they asked why and she told them why and they quickly came to the Pt England Shops.


Once they got here then they got out of the car and said, “WHERE IS HE AND WE WILL CATCH HIM”. She said “He is still inside of the shop stealing the money from the shopkeeper”. They dashed into the shop and caught him and so they arrested him and put inside of jail for a very long time. The shopkeeper was  pleased that the Police got there in time so they could catch him so the shopkeeper said, “THANKYOU VERY MUCH LITTLE GIRL” so I said, YOU WELCOME SHOPKEEPER”, the she was off home.</b>
